Pool House

Designed as a companion to the main house, this 800-square-foot pool house was thoughtfully planned to function as both a guest retreat and an everyday family space. Working closely with the contractor, Gretchen created a highly flexible layout that includes a kitchen, laundry, lounge, sleeping area, and bath—without sacrificing comfort or flow. Custom modular seating on casters allows the space to transition easily from daytime gathering to overnight accommodations, all finished in durable materials designed to stand up to real life.
